Arbitrators To Take Oath
(1) Before starting the proceedings of arbitration, the arbitrator must affix his signature on two copies of a written
oath as indicated in the schedule regarding impartiality and honesty and send one copy thereof to the Appellate Court and keep the other copy in the
case-file.
(2) Before taking oath pursuant to Sub-section (1), the arbitrator must make clear matters, if any, which raise a reasonable doubt about
his /her impartiality or independence in respect to the dispute which he/she has to settle.
